Summer Solstice

Bellingham SkyHappy summer everyone!  It’s the longest day of the year, with sunrise at 5:07 and sunset at 9:17.  The light is staying in the sky until at least 10 it seems.  The weather is a bit June-gloomy, but we got some sun over the weekend at least!

I love the long days in the Northwest, how about you?  I find myself happier and needing less sleep this time of year.  Waking up early is way easier in June than it is in December.  Do you have any special summer solstice rituals?  Maybe a sunshine dance is in order.
